Wow! This really speaks to me. We need to be pliable, we need to be adaptable, we need to be flexible. Change allows you to learn, grow and develop as an individual. Being afraid of failure will not get you far in life, we need to fail or be challenged in order to change. It’s those of us who are willing to recognize it and shift, that will see success in life.
