World Health Day - WALK!

GET OUT AND WALK!!! That's my #tipoftheday for #worldhealthday. There are so many benefits to walking, even after just 3 mins! What's your biggest tip to get more steps in during your day??

Here are some of my favourite tips to help you incorporate more walking into your daily routine: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Park further away from the door
- Get off the bus a few stops early and walk to your destination
- Designate one day of the week where you will walk to work
- Avoid the elevator and take the stairs
