It’s #MelanomaMonday and May is #SkinCancerAwarenessMonth. No matter your skin type, we all need to protect our skin from the sun’s harmful rays. Melanoma is the most serious and potentially life threatening of all the types of skin cancer. It can spread extremely rapidly, which makes it the most vicious type of skin cancer. However, melanomas that are detected early are almost 100% treatable.
